My favorite children's book

While on maternity leave, I came across this book.  The story is about a young boy who learns the meaning of sharing.  He has the opportunity to share not only gifts, but be exposed to multiple cultures.  It is a great story that shows diversity, inclusion, and the gift of family.  Cherising family is so important.  Family can be blood relatives or people who love you.  (there is also a short film based upon this book)

It is imperative to make sure our children are learning

Reading this article pushes me even more to want to accomplish my goals.  It is so important to have a great foundation for learning.  The atmosphere of a quality learning center is essential for developing social and problem solving skills.
